Oil sands allowed costs ministerial regulation

Oil Sands Allowed Costs (Ministerial) Regulation (Alta Reg. 231/2008). The present Regulation is enacted under Mines and Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulation establishes royalties to be paid to the government of Alberta by oil sands producers. OIL SANDS ALLOWED COSTS (MINISTERIAL) AMENDMENT REGULATION 1 The Oil Sands Allowed Costs (Ministerial) Regulation (AR 23112008) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 7(1)(c) is amended by striking out "or in the form of a reduction of royalty, royalty proceeds or royalty compensation by virtue of IETP costs". 3 This Regulation comes into force on September 30, 2019.
